As evidenced by by a recent rush of activity, I have been subject to long absences from the site. This has been due to ongoing challenging health issues, I note with some satisfaction, but also some degree of bemusement., that the level of activity in terms of visitors and views has been fairly good on a daily basis. As I have mentioned previously contacts and comments are largely absent. To those of you who have attempted to contact me, and not received any response I offer my sincere apologies and I will endeavor to catch up on various requests in coming weeks.

The site itself needs an overhaul as many listings are out of date; titles marked as for sale are no longer available various auction and eBay links are now invalid and my futile efforts to sell from the site have never really worked, although amazingly enough a few weeks ago someone did actually process a payment for a title via my PayPal link and it worked, brilliant! unfortunately the link was 5 years old and the title long gone.  A refund was given immediately.

So much to do, but my priority is to post some new (old books) and try to generate some interest other than silent individuals using the site for browsing, copying and using information and images without referencing this site at all.

This is the third successive year that I have considered long and hard that I should just save the cost of running  the site and just delete the entire thing. I renewed back in March and the decision as to whether I continue beyond that will be based on how long my mind allows me enough focus to work on it.

For the moment it feels wonderful to be back and my sincere thanks to those of you that have continued to offer support by liking and commenting on my work.

Remember the rationale behind the site was to generate contacts and materials for my Paris Olympia Press collection, which is now in the most complete state ever, still a few missing bits though so pleas keep you eyes on my Books Wanted section.
