Strikingly similar to the clandestine edition published by Losfeld in 1950, this is a more elaborately decorated , openly published edition, it has the same illustration set as the Losfeld, they differ only that there are fewer only 8 in this edition, they are also slightly enlarged and in red as opposed to blue.

Another late clandestine publication of a title originally published clandestinely in 1786, this undated copy is a Losfeld publication from 1950, curiously there is also a contemporary, openly published edition , Editions de la Plume (1953), which only really differs by its cover and a far more elaborate Title Page, it has the same illustrations , but fewer of them only 8 to the 12 in this edition, and otherwise is identical in size and number of pages. Showing here 11 of the 12 illustrations. (well you have to keep something).
